contact icon colors grey or black ?

is there a mod to change this all to grey so one has to id the nation before attacking?

or is there a way to set it in NewUIs TDC ByTheDarkWraith that I have overlooked?

I have looked and searched and could not find anything

so if any mod or way of doing this is known please inlighten me
