I don't follow stunt flying, so I was unaware of the Younkin/Franklin families and their reputation in the sport-flying world. This is incredibly sad, more so because she was so young. It's a dangerous business, and of course they knew the risks involved, but still...
I don't usually feel much when I read that someone has died, sometimes even people I know. For some reason this is really affecting me. Maybe it's because I have daughters about her age.
