Crystal clear skies in GWX 3.0

even when there is storms and rain, my skies are completely clear with no clouds for miles!!!

Anyone else seen this error/bug and know how to resolve it?

I do remember a thread about this sometime back.
It was a mod conflict if I recall correctly.

What Mods are enabled?

1) GWX: English nav map & grid refs
2) GWX: Lite Harbour Traffic
3) D_Big dials glass
4) tikigods 3d clean big dials (glass reflection)

must be the reflections from all those glass dials
