[WIP] USS Wichita

Ever thought that the game is missing some cruisers, especially American cruisers? With the Pensacola, Portland and New Orleans released a while ago I decided to make the USS Wichita. Still a WIP. Anyhow here`s some pictures to wet your apetite:
