[REQ] Limited External View for Real Nav/Real Settings

Question for you all ...

Playing at 100% realism using Real Navigation, the one thing I miss the most is the external view of the ship at times. I was wondering if it is possible to limit the external view by distance, say 100m or so. This way you could still have an external look at the boat but not go beyond a certain range. If the boat was submerged, you would have the camera submerged as well.

Basically, it would be limiting the range of the free camera.
