can anyone tell me in what file the towns, cities, and harbors are at appear on the nav. map are?

a new mod "War Elite" is all in russian, and wanted to rename to english.

Take a look in data/Terrain/Locations.cfg,there you find the City & Harbornames.

You can open the cfg file with Wordpad or Editor.
