As things are at the moment, it would have to be SH3 GWX3 + a few other mods.
 BUT when (IF) SH5 gets finished and heavly modded then SH5 will be my favorite. 1st person views (ability to walk around sub), and the graphics make this game better than 3 (if the modders and patches fix the bugged AI and other minor annoyences. So i voted SH3, but ask again in a year and you could get a differant answer.
