[REL] Texture touch up

Don't trust the 1 start rating. someone with a vendetta marked me ; ; . Extract the rar to your mods folder. Enable "Killer tubes better textures" and your off. There are 2 screenshots on my filefront also. A small comparison remember to look at everything though. The sea walls the other ships in the pictures ect. You can see the changes everywhere. So much was touched up i just cant show it all. all the ships, planes, cargo, some people, some buildings, all metals, woods, guns.. well u get the picture lol. I just thought a lot of items needed some texture added. seemed too smooth. I tried to roughen them up a little and make the colors brighter in some places, darker in others. Check it out figured id share it. Happy Hunting

forgot to mention i took the screenshots at 1838x1036 no AA, shadows off and gamma a little over normal. Everything else was max
