No Deck Ammo?

When I am playing SH3 1.4 warship mod v2 Italy part i noticed at least 3 of these ships do not have Deck Ammo..when i man the deck gun station it simply says no more ammunition....is there some way to correct this or am i missing something?

I got the same thing tonight, with GWX/SH3C as my only mods. The GWX ammo indicator on deck said 0 HE rounds left, but the invetory screen (I key) showed 400 (220? i dont remember now, but it was a lot), onboard.

First time using deck gun in GWX, so i'm hoping this isnt a bug.
