Ok, the others were clearly a scam, but this one is a sincere business partnership

I know that I was overly optimistic about the other "offers". Yeah they were scams. But in today's E-mail comes a serious business proposition.

Dear Friend, I am Mr.Morris fasant, Auditor Director of a bank, there is a fund, amounted to 9 million Euro which I want us to jointly invest with you.
I need your business experience and connections to invest in your country. If this business proposition offends your moral values, do accept my apology but if not,

No phony Nigerian family story here folks. This is legit. And he cares about my moral values
so he must be a moral man himself. I think I could feel comfortable doing business with
a man like this. And clearly he recognized my business experience and connections
which is more than any of you guys ever did here. So there!

Besides would an Auditor Director of "a" bank lie to me?
