Good playable surface ships mod list

Hello everyone, I'm new to this place and finally resorted to joining in order to get a little assistance, if possible.

I'm looking for a good playable surface ship mod for Sh3 that doesn't require anything too difficult for a noob like myself. Looking through here, I've been having trouble finding such a thing. It's become quite daunting

If your looking for a "good playable suface ship mod", where you play as a warship (I'm guessing that is what you are asking). You could try Chinese U-47's "SH3 Warship MOD"
(link: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=146587, read this link for more information) which can be enabled by using
"JSG Mod Enabler" (just google JSGME and you'll find it.) it's not difficult and you don't need any super mod to operate.
