Question on SHV Folder Structure

Hello,

I'm very close to pressing the "buy button" to get a copy of SHV, however; before I do so I want to know what the folder structure is like. I'm a modder of the game and this is the reason why I'm asking.

Is it similar to SHIII?

Is the SHV game a modders paradise in reference to external U-boat skinning, internal U-boat skinning, Uniform crew skinning, sound effect modding, etc.
