It's amazing how many people are on the road that shouldn't even have a license to drive.

In my travels back and forth across Canada, you wouldn't believe the accidents I witnessed. Between Vancouver and Hope in BC I saw 3 accidents within a half hour and saw the potential for a couple more. I must admit that when I first started driving I'd push the car to 120 to 130 kph. But when I slowed down to about 85-90kph on the highway, not only did I have better control of the car, I saved on fuel. Thankfully I've never had an accident myself.

Cell phones are sometimes worse then drinking and driving.

I tend not to watch that kind of material anymore, but I agree with the message. Drive safely - three-ton bullets are not friendly to flesh and bone. Thank you, Dowly.

Some were staged but a lot had to be real, either way quite horrifying! One aspect, especially here in Australia, is that people are human and make mistakes, usually a lack of concentration and your eyes are shifted off the road, only takes a second! Bang! but the driver is treated as a criminal and relatives of victims want blood, fair enough if the person is not remorseful or was driving like an idiot but a lot are simply accidents, and to throw them in jail for so many years is an injustice IMO.
Governments can make as many laws as they want, making it harder to obtain a license, and trying to keep them all while driving is near impossible, we are human and with all these laws and probably more to come, will still have accidents! Sad but true, the only way to stop them is to ban driving!
