Default Thinking of getting SH5 but have question.

Best part of SH3 GWX for me was the ability to manually plot intercept coarse and use sonar to verify. Trying to meet target at 90 degree angle within 900 meters or less. Setting the torpedo fire solution manually based on the previous calculations. Finally raising periscope and getting to see if all your calculations were correct. The satisfaction of sinking ships in this fashion made the game very rewarding and fun to play.

My question is does SH5 have the ability/functionality to manully plot/track/sink targets?
