Attention All Radio/Gramophone Users!!

I've been having crash to desktops (CTD’s) for two weeks now--and only yesterday had the chance to try and troubleshoot the problem. First I thought it was a mod--so I tried with and without every mod (except one--hehe, see below) and couldn't find the problem. In Event Viewer in Windows 7, the errors always referenced the MSVCR90.dll. I looked this up and basically gleaned that multiple (past) installations could be the culprit. Also, I o'clock my hardware--so I obviously set everything to default--and that wasn't it either. I disabled my anti-virus, installed on another hard drive, ran registry cleaner, and said thirty hailmary's. Nothing seemed to work. Then I googled the MSVCR90.dll file AND SHV, and saw someone had a similar problem, and they found the root cause to be the C++ version they had installed. I, too, had multiple version of C++, so I uninstalled all of them, and then re-installed SHV. No dice. FINALLY, after thinking "surely it can't be a simple radio mod", I disabled the one mod I thought couldn’t possibly be the cause: Carotio's Intercontinental Radio. I set a course for the u-boat, went to bed, woke up this morning and it was still running perfectly. So--I wanted to make a poll to see if anyone else ever gets the error when running Carotio's radio mod, or any other for that matter. Time compression also seems to contribute to my problem--
