At the moment, I'm running a late '42 campaign commanding a Gar class sub.
One thing that rather puzzles ![]() USS Wahoo (this is near identical to the half cut Tambor/Gar CT): ![]() Whereas the real Tambor/Gar class had a very different design: USS Trout: ![]() I know that the latter is a full conning tower, but it's at more-or-less the same angle as the Wahoo pic. What I was wondering is if anyone has thought about altering the shears on the Tambor/Gar models to be more accurate? The same applies to the conning tower on the Sargo's - the real ones were very different to what the game model has. Perhaps it's a bit "anal-retentive" ![]() ![]() Mike. ![]()
