Any sim truck drivers around here?

I've got to admit I saw it in PC World the other day and was tempted.

But then remembered that I could drive around the motorways of Britain for real whenever I want....

It looks pretty OK. I suppose its one of those kind of relaxing games like Train sim or Ship Simulator was. I might give it a go at some point.
