Default [REQ] ASW Test Mission

Can I persuade somebody to whip a real simple mission with no convoy, just 2-3 destroyers? I think it'd be a great aid in testing ship AI, sensor settings and whatnot. In addition, I'm trying to make the crew respond more realistically when under attack and I'm just not having much luck running around looking for something to attack me so I can test it.

Thanks.

Moving about or just sitting there?

They need to be grouped or individuals?

Make sure you name the folder and the files the same. Also has to be a *.misge file, not *.mis as it'll default to. Rename in Explorer.

Folder: ASW
Files: ASW.misge, ASW.tsr

If your " side " is set to axis in the mission ed will save as a misge
Dates always have to be changed in the explorer though as ME never sets them correctly

http://www.filefront.com/15952261/SM30.zip/

1 elite Tribal stationary in front, 2 veteran V&W in group moving from West to East (to waypoint), passing just behind you.

Sub stationary at PD, clear weather, winds 5m/s, daytime.

Another version

A Liberty cargo that goes back and forth, an elite V&W and a competent Tribal that cycle the harbor then a liner with 3 Veteran escorts that cycle the channel.

That's debatable, during my 30 second test run I came up behind the liner and it started zig zagging so I started shooting at it from 5km away. Started a fire and stopped. The escorts were all circling AHEAD of the liner even though I was behind.

Aw yeah... forgot to name them the same.
Well at least some people who actually know how to work with the mission editor got you hooked up.

They need to detect you first. Not like SH3/4 where they magically know your position.

Know how to do it now, right? No harm in more diversity.
