Its done...
Hope all will work now perfect. but at first one think. this harbor kit
is not so multi compatibel as i thought or wanted first.

So its for:
GWX3
+ New Wilhelmshaven plus locks for GWX 3
+ WAC4.1 SubPen_animated_18.02.2010

Name is program, install it on the top of this both Mods.
New sounds from Sh3.sdl working now too.
GWX3 alone or GWX3+Wilhelmshaven alone will not work i think.

All files will installed into MODS direction but
all this Mods are so big that they are nearly worth to install them
direct on GWX3 without JSGME but that should your choice.

dont want steal somethink, i cant do those fantastic thinks myself, im
more a debuger or merger ;-)
I do those thinks since sh3 release but never have release anythink
before in the past... so i never had this problem before.
I will have an eye on the credit thinks in the future.
