It's February 1940, and I've stumbled into a bug that I seem to not be able to fix in any shape way or form. Every time I try to manually dive to a certain depth, my boat goes into an uncontrollable dive until I hit the floor of the Ocean. Spamming depth to for example 40m when I'm at 80m doesn't do anything, and keeps me going down. The only way to survive is to get to periscope depth - or engage engines outside silent running - both of which is suicidal when one is surrounded by a dozen or so pissed off destroyers who were escorting the cruiser I just sank.
Can't seem to find any fix for this anywhere. The links suggesting mods are all broken, and I find it hard to imagine a bug like this has not been addressed yet. Can anyone suggest a fix for this? I'm at a loss as to what to do ![]() |
