where to place mods

hi iam kind of new to sh i have played sh4 but never placed a mod in it.now i want to know where to place some mods in sh 5 like the no orange rings mod that the people are no longer orange whan you klik on them.already thx

look for JSGME and how to use it before you do any modding.
