How to start a campain with custom dificulty?

Hi guys...

Pretty much what the title says.

How do i start a campaign with custom difficulty settings? I can only choose easy/medium/hard/realistic settings. How do i change this?

Does patch 1.1 solve this? Am I more newbie than I thought?

Also, is it possible to download and install patch 1.1 on a Steam bought game?

You press ESC when in the submarine dock and select options. After that you can select your mission.

When you're in port for the first time, before you start your first real patrol, pres ESC and go into options. At this time you'll be able to change the difficulty settings and save.

You can also do it during your campiagn.

If you don't like going back to the port or starting over to change realism levels. To do that edit the GamePlaySettings.cfg in your My Documents/SH5 folder.
