Can it be that the Pearl sub base is available for download somewhere,

You've lost me...You can dock at Pearl or Manila to start. In time bases change and with some mods they start you at Midway, instead of Pearl....
I'm not sure what you mean, but there is a Pearl base. If you lost it due to mods, which one... If you're wanting something else...maybe someone will see what I don't |
