Can't get SH Commander to start in 1940

Hello!

Got back to playing SHIII GWX3.0Gold after an absence of some months.

Decided to make use of SH Commander but found the same problem as I had experienced a year or so ago. I could not change the start year to anything more recent than 1939. I tried manually changing some of the SHCommander cfg files but that didn't help.

So, I downloaded the most recent version (again) which I believe is 3.2. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled the new. Then I added the SH Cfg fix files for GWX3.0. Still same result: every new career can only start in 1939.

I don't even know what the year selector should look like. Is it just a menu blank that you can type over the start year "1939" or is there supposed to be a drop down menu with years to chose? All I have is blue-type "1939" which I can't change. (The months change just fine!)

I just realized that the right side of the SH Commander home screen seems to be cut off. I increased the screen resolution and the drop down year selector menu appeared on the right side.

Apparently SHCommander requires a higher screen resolution than I normally use in XP because of eyesight problems.

Anyway. Problem resolved. Sorry to bother anyone.
