I dont know if you guys remember 'keybounce' but it was a problem with early PC's where the computer would 'scan' the keyboard for input so fast that one press of the key would end up entering three or four charecterssss.
http://www.geeknews.net/2007/03/15/w...week-keybounce Well now my USB mouse has a keybounce behaviour on the left click button. Where a single click ends up being a double click. Has lead to some double posting attemps ![]() I vaguely remember a clock or timing setting for a mouse but since its on a USB bus I dont see that being an option. I tried changing the two click speed in the mouse settings with no change. Any suggestions other than replacing the mouse?

heh to tell my age..
I remember one of the first programs you would load on a TRS80 would be "debounce.exe" ![]() ![]() Coding was a nightmare without it ![]() Oh well Ill live with it till next month. Power bills this month are outrageous after a 12 day record setting cold snap.

If your so inclined, get hold of some electrical contact cleaner, and plug in the spray nozzle/tube, pull the mouse apart and spray tightly around the switch push button, in 90% of cases this works well!!
