Historical Crew Conversion

OK, so I've getting into the whole historical thing - just joined WaW, and been assigned a Uboot. U442. Sooooo - I go online and lo and behold I find a crew roster of her on her only patrol (sunk first time out - I REALLY hope I do better!). Now comes the hard part - is there a guide somewhere, or a neat tool to edit my crew roster so as to make it match the names and ranks of the original crew? Once I do that I can move them around so as to match duty stations as much as possible.
