cant reload topedos

Good day gentlemen!

I recently got me the GWX 3.0 update and everything works well exept i cant reload my torpedos after i fire the first four in the tube.
After i fire, the "torpedo screen" goes red from green and then just when i put my mouse over the torpedo it says "torp. waiting in cue for loading" or something like that, but nothing happends.
Am i doing something wrong or ?

And then its a another one, everytime i spot a plane or ship my WO needs to tell me that about 100 times, i find it hard to mount my flak gun when every 10 seconds the "enimy spottet" window pops up and ask me what action i wanna take.

If someone here knows what is going on then advise would be good

Please ensure that there is an adequate number of sailors and petty officers in the bow torpedo room for completing the loading task.

the green bar above the torpedo room on the crew management screen should be a little over half way for the efficiency to be great enough to load torpedoes.

Also make sure that you are not rigged for silent running... all repair and loading activities are halted while rigged for silent running.

in GWX the visual range was increased, the reason your watch officer is reporting the aircraft 100 times is probably because it is just on the very edge of his visual range and he spots it... then loses sight of it... then spots it again x100

there isnt much that can be done about the aircraft spotting scenario other than to submerge when aircraft are spotted.
