Computer Desk

In my move earlier this year my computer desk was badly damaged to the point of being useless... i have Frankensteined a computer desk out of what was left over but it is temporary to say the least.

I am thinking of using MDF and wood screws and various colors of paint to build myself a new computer desk which is reminiscent of a U-boat interior.

the desk will partially enclose overhead... i was thinking of adding some sort of shelving.

Im working on a sketch in google sketchup.

anyone tried this?

i think it is a neat idea, especially since i spend so much time playing SH3 and the upcoming SH5 will be no doubt installed on my computer

have any suggestions? recommendations etc?
