OLC GUI TDC locked

DOes anyone knows how to unlock the tdc ? Everything in the tdc is locked and only the aob and the bearing are moving when i rotate the periscope.
I know there was a thread but i cant find it...

in the command room view, right click on the weapons officer to activate his station and the command room view of the TDC.

from here you can find the button to switch the TDC back to manual.

i think that should fix her up
