Water & night more realistic

I have GWX2.1, and i want the color of sea more realistic, and the night more dark.
I found two mods:

-OlcEnviorement (in OlcUbermod)
-Thomsen Water v4 (for OlcE)

but OlcUbermod use 16km horizon, and i don't want reduce performance (fps). The same thing for GWX3. And i use lifeboat mod and waterstream mod, and these work with GWX2.1.

There is a mod that do only what i want, or can you explain me what i must modify with S3d Skwas?
