I'm already a huge fan of Google, I use their email, I prefer their docs package over Microsoft (by far), maps, reader, IGoogle etc. But this article points out features that I didn't even know of. I've already tried the Google info text, and the Google 1-800 number for various things, and they both work incredibly well. Hooray Google!
