PRE-REL: Seafloor mod v2

I have redesigned my seafloor mod for SH4 with a new stone texture. The previous version was not quite as satisfactory. And while at it, I could as might as well update the sand texture a bit. And why not make it for SH3 users as well.

Download in my own forum for forum members only.
