Default Strange ERROR when I quit game.....

Hello

Mayby someone had similar problem.

Everytime I want to finish game, I save game, and I quit game, then I see
window about application error, hard to translate with my basic english, but
this is like: there is a problem with application, and it will be closed, than info
AppName: sh4.exe, ModName: envsim.act. Click to close application.

Error address: 0x0000e10f.

But........ game runs fine, my savegames are ok, at least last few days.

I have SH4 with Add-On and TMO mod with latest patch.
WinXP SP2 (almost clean, fresh install), Nvidia 8800 GT with 175.19 driver (too many problems with newest Physix drivers and older games), Soundblaster X-Fi Fatality, 2 GB RAM.

I know, that this is probably complicated, but, mayby someone can help me.

donut --> You are great man and very helpfull!
I will try Your solutions. I have bad feelings about it, because I remeber
stranger errors (CTD's) with Il2-Sturmovik 1946, and there was only one fix -
installation of older Nforce 4 Ultra drivers, but mayby there is still problem,
because this drivers are too old for new games. I have Abit AN8-Ultra mainboard
with AMD Athlon 64 4000+ and Nforce 4 Ultra chipset, but I had
problems only with 3 games: Il2-Sturmovik, Mass Effect and Silent Hunter 4, now

I spend many hours to check many forums about similar problems with Nforce 4,
old drivers are not good, but newest drivers are disaster, even, when You install
it very carefully and only neccesary part of them.

I sound like moron with my english, but I'm old and not so stupid

Thank You very much.
