Default Morale???

has anybody modded a Morale system that actually works???
all I get now, no matter what I do is "normal" crew members.

I was kinda hoping sinking 2 carriers would put morale at "high"
or getting damaged at low etc....

any fixes out there?? or any way we could fix it?

When a compartment takes damage their morale goes down, when the sailors get wounded it moves to "Shaken" instead of Normal. I haven't seen any other changes, and the reduction in performance isn't noticable for me.

I've also seen someone drop to Broken (level below Shaken, I think...). Although, by the time I noticed it...he was already dead, so I doubt his morale mattered much at that point...

There is no way (AFAIK) to control Morale ( Just shoot the buggers ), besides editing the crew 'co-efficients' , which effects their efficiency - 'SPEEDKRIEG'
