Help finding this Mod

Hello,All

I was wondering if someone could Help me find the link to this mod....I don't remember the name...But this mode changes the Shins to the subs...And this is the part I like the most...It lowers the sub in the water..so that it isn't setting as high in the stock vers.

I think I dl it from subsim somewhere...
