TDC freeze.

It never bothered me before, due to the malfunction, and sabbotage option on, but i noticed it happens much too often lately. Is there a solution for it?
After shooting some torps the TDC goes into freeze mode, and forces me to abandon the trip, and return to port. On last patrol on my VIIC i spent 2 torps, and had to sail all the way back to ST. Nazaire from the coast of Africa, because the TDC was stuck.
I know it was mentioned before, but i can not locate this thread now.

Are you using the OLC GUI? The problem similar to yours, and the fix, is mentioned at the end of the first post in OLC GUI thread.

Thanks- next time it happens ill test it. Seems easy fix.
