Just curious if anyone has done so with any success. Or have any pointers. The girlfriend is staying with the devil, I mean her mother so I'm gonna plug up to the TV.

Well, I have hooked up to both my monitor through HDMI and my Phillips tv through HDMI.
it's pretty straight forward, make sure your desktop rez is set to 1920 x 1080 (your tv's native rez). The cable I use for both my monitor and TV is a Moster Cable. it's kind of expensive, but worth every dime for conections like this. I bought mine at radio shack on sale, maybe you'll get lucky and find it on sale. <fingers crossed> |
