3d crew has disappeared

Hi!

I just installed SH4 to 1.4 and then UBM and there is no 3d crew at all! I´ve tried a few missions and different subs to no avail...my subs run like ghost ships.
Any ideas on this one please?

did you click the shore leave button?

maybe the game thinks your in over 32X compression....

Are you running any mods that would conflict with the stock crew settings? Have you added any additional subs to a mod like Monsun for example?

Thanks...I´m only using ROW pacific environment mod...enabled through JSGME...I´ve tried without the mod to no avail...tried also to start new carreer, quick missions, whatever, but the crew isn´t there. Though the sub runs like if the crew was there...i.e if I order to man the flak guns.
