random radio room pics

is it possible...using commander to have changing radioroom pinups in my type 9?

if so how would i go about doing this?

ive got a "rusty"skin mod installed.....does this matter.

and finaly...how do you get the pin ups so clear...mine seem blocky.

do i convert to a specific format when editing. then revert back to tga.
