A New naval war game?

I'm sorry I could only find an article in english. It says that a norwegian delevoper has gotten support to make an alpha version of its game "Naval War: North Atlantic". It is set in 2030 and a weak and divided NATO is attacked by the russian north fleet. They say its going to be a Realtime Strategy game, but it is still in the very early design face. I'll let you guys know if I see something more.
