aanker Pacific Thunder Join Date: Apr 2004 Location: Yellow Sea Posts: 1,896 Downloads: 236 Uploads: 14	[TEC] Changing a city into a Naval Base How do I make an existing East Coast city, New Orleans, or Balboa CZ into a Naval Base where I can refuel (& re-arm) in SH4 ver 1.5 US Pacific campaign Career mode? Eventually I want to assume command of a new boat in CT or New Orleans and sail through the CZ to Pearl etc. Does anyone who knows care to explain how to do this please? Thanks, Art
