help find view mod

hi has any one got a link to SERGS camera view mod?? i can not find it in the mods list and the links do not work on his site.

It's been rolled into other camera mods. You can get the ROW camera instead, which will probably do all that you need it to. There is a sticky at the top with links to the different versions.
