Just finished reading a formerly clasified paper from the late 1980s on Soviet perceptions of US naval strategy.

Depending on what you read, a lot may still be redacted, though.

They won't let you copy anything, but here's what it says:

That was written in 2003 ... If you can't even trust a modern day WMD checker what can you trust?
