RSRD Question
(Posted also at the Mod thread for RSRD.)
I got a message that there is going to be heavy IJN traffic from Cam Ranh Bay in the vicinity of 0730N 110E. 110E looks like a normal longitude. What is 0730N? It doesn't look like a normal latitude to this rookie navigator.
