Default Ducimus, Just curious, what was your vision for SubRon 50?

I have been loving TM 1.7.5 for a while now and everytime I scan across the map (when I am bored) I cant help but notice that shiny anchor on the coast of Scotland. I was reading up on SubRon 50 here http://www.navy.mil/navydata/cno/n87...t_victory.html (at the end in yellow) and while these boys served valiantly, they really didnt have much to do. They really only saw action in 1942 and by mid 1943 they were transferred to the Pacific due to lack of targets.

I guess you could script the squadron to transfer to Pearl in '43 but with no Panama Canal that would be a LONG cruise!

I'm not knocking the idea. In fact, I think your "out of the box" thinking here is great! I'm just wondering whats going on in your head concerning SubRon 50 in SHIV.

I guess they should have made SH4 an open boat where we run around inside and shoot each other a 1000 times. They seem to handle those games with numerous patches. --Longam UBI SHIV Forums

A sad day has dawned...
