The only commercially available version of Harpoon3 (v3.7 with 3.9.3 patch) is found at Matrix. You can get both eDownload and physical copy. IIRC, the physical copy doesn't even come with a manual (all you get is a plastic case for the additional $10).

You also get the CD with it. In my opinion, it's worth it to get the physical shipment because of that. It's nice to have a professionally made CD rather than one you burn yourself. A professionally duplicated CD lasts a LOT longer than the ones you burn yourself.
