Real Medal mod compatibility

I'm wondering...
will Real Medal vers 1.02 conflict with patch 1.4?
What about Capt'n Cox Combined Uniform Mod?
Just want to be sure before I make a clean sweep and start a new campaign with 1.4 patched SH4
