Default I'm a noob

I just bought this game a few days ago and I'm hooked.

I started a new carrer and I was wondering do I ever get a new sub with this carrer? I started out with the Porpoise in 1941.

Or do I have to start another one. Getting tired of not ahving radar and such.

Also, I went to check out the online play and have noticed I never see anyone in there. Do people do online games and how do I go about finding a game?

Thanks for all your help..............I'm off to waster 8 torps. to sink 1 freighter.....yes that's how bad I am. LOL

They key to getting better boats and toys is to complete your objects as best possible. After about 4-5 patrols in the current boat you will be offered new construction.

I hae completed 5 missions is the construction screen you speak of the one that you use to upgrade your sub? Or is there another spot to do construction.

Keep in mind that i complete my missions but usually on sink 1 to 3 ships before i run out of torps.

Just keep completeing your missions and command will finally offer you new command. You can upgrade your sub though from the add on screen you spoke of. A decent manual would have been nice wouldn't it?

You'll get better, compared to the real historical figures for early war patrols, that's not actually that bad.

Welcome to the forums by the way
