Default I may have to start over

I saw a post that mentioned you should close down JSGME between loading each mod..is this true? i loaded up a lot in batches...and some even objected saying there were already changes made in some files but they were ships and skins for things i really wanted so i forced it anyway.. Do i need to uninstall and start over?
any advice appreciated. thanks

Shouldn't be a problem kaleun...just carry on as normal.

If you come across a previously installed mod that is greyed out, it means it has been overwritten by a subsequent mod and can't be uninstalled until the mod that has overwritten it has been uninstalled.

Strange advice. But not that uncommon here.

As others have said, you do not need to close down JSGME between enabling mods. And logic fails me as to why anyone would say that you should.
