Looking at the video on their site...I will say this sim has come a long way since the 2006 version that I own.

I had 2006 and the add-on and really enjoyed it, so when 2008 came out I took the plunge, what a mistake.

Shipsim 2008 is full of bugs, it runs with a ridiculous amount of stutter even on minimum settings and I have a 8800GTS. I have tried everything I know to get it to run smoothly and it just wont have it. Bearing in mind I run SH4 and FSX with no problems on high settings. Needless to say it's gone on the shelf until they sort the problems out.

If you have 2006 stick with it for a while.

Just a side note - I recently received one of the Nigeria 319 scams via email and guess where they say they got my email address from, non other than shipsim.com
